Who can enter the Curious Felis Awards?

<p>The fee for a single entry is &euro;200 until the end of the Early Bird Submissions period on 29 July 2025, &euro;250 until the end of the Standard Submissions period on 27 August 2025, and &euro;300 until the end of the Late Submissions period on 12 September 2025.</p>

How much does it cost to enter?

<p>The deadline for entry submissions is 12 September 2025.</p>

What is the deadline for submitting entries?

<p>Entries must be submitted online using the Curious Felis Awards entry system. The system allows you to create entries using an online entry form. It also allows you to save, edit, review, approve, and pay for your entries.</p>
<p>In order to access the entry system, entrants must visit the <a href="https://curiousfelis.com/account/register">registration page</a> to create a Curious Felis Awards account. Registration is free.</p>
<p>Once you have activated your account, you will be able to log in to the entry system at any time until the deadline for entry submissions.</p>
<p>In order to submit an entry, entrants must complete the entry form, approve their entries, and pay the applicable entry fee.</p>

How do I submit an entry?

<p>Each entry requires at least one media file or other supporting material that illustrates the work. These can be images, videos, audio, or documents. Please see the <a href="https://curiousfelis.com/page/rules">rules page</a> for guidelines concerning supporting materials.</p>

What materials do I need to provide?

<p>Yes, you can save an entry as you go through the entry form. Your entries will be saved as drafts, and you will be able to edit and approve them later.</p>

Can I save an entry and finish it later?

<p>Entry fees are paid online through the entry system. Fees must be paid by card at the time of submission.</p>
<p>Once the entry form is complete, an entry becomes ready for approval. Entrants must make sure an entry is final before approving it, as they will not be able to edit it afterwards. Any entry which has not been approved will remain as an editable draft.</p>
<p>Once you approve an entry, it becomes ready for payment. Simply select the entries you wish to pay for and proceed to the payment page. Should you wish to forward the payment link to a colleague, you can do so by selecting the &ldquo;Forward Payment&rdquo; option and entering their email address.</p>

How do I pay for my entries?

<p>Yes, you can submit as many entries as you like, provided that the entries relate to different work. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each submission.</p>

Can I submit more than one entry?

<p>You can submit the same entry into a maximum of three categories. Please note that a separate entry fee will apply for each submission.</p>

Can I submit the same entry into more than one category?

<p>The entry system allows users from the same entrant organisation to access and manage entries together.</p>
<p>When a new user registers as a member of your organisation during sign up, this creates an access request. To give them access to your entries, simply approve their access request from the &ldquo;My Organisation&rdquo; page in the entry system.</p>

Can others from my company access my entries?

<p>No, entries cannot be edited once they are approved and paid for. Please make sure the information and materials are final before you submit an entry.</p>

Can I edit an entry after it has been submitted?

<p>Entries are only submitted once the applicable entry fees have been paid. Any entries which have not been paid for within the submissions period will not be considered.</p>

I have set up my entries but haven't made the payment yet. Will my entries be cancelled?

<p>Entries will be judged by an international panel of strategy experts representing advertisers, agencies, and media and technology providers.&nbsp;Jury members will be asked to review and score entries from 1 to 10 on each of the following criteria:</p>
<ul>
<li>Problem Solving &amp; Strategic Approach (%40)</li>
<li>Implementation fo Strategy (%30)</li>
<li>Results (%30)</li>
</ul>
<p>Entries in each category will be assessed for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze award. Each level has a minimum score requirement for entries to be eligible for an award:</p>
<ul>
<li>Gold: 8.5</li>
<li>Silver: 8</li>
<li>Bronze: 7.5</li>
</ul>
<p>The Grand Prix will be chosen from the gold-winning entries, based on strategic impact, creativity, and overall contribution to the industry.</p>

How are entries judged?

<p>Winning entries will be announced at the Curious Felis Awards Ceremony, which will be held on November 12th, 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey.</p>
